St. Norbert College (SNC), a nationally ranked private Catholic liberal arts institution, invites applications for the position of Assistant Coach - Football/Defensive Coordinator. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the defensive unit and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach of Football. Specific responsibilities: - Teach the skills, techniques, and strategies of defensive football to the student-athletes. - Complete administrative coaching responsibilities such as preparing practice and game plans, watching game videos, scouting opponents, academic studies follow-up with players, check-ins, etc. - Supervise Assistant Coaches for specific coaching responsibilities based on positions. Follow up and review game plans with assistant coaches.
