Benicia Arsenal Futbol Club is looking for technical directors to join its staff. The role of a technical director is to manage volunteer coaches from different teams and help them grow and develop. This role is a lot more strategically involved than a regular coach job. You will be involved in helping coordinate the league, and develop curriculums tailored to the different teams. BAFC is an independent club that is proud of its Community. We hope to recruit technical directors that will want to remain and be part of the club not just employees. We are looking for local candidates only. We prefer at least 2 to 5 years of coaching experience. No visa or relocation expenses associated with this position.
