POSITION SUMMARY: The Head Women’s Soccer Coach shall be responsible for directing, supervising, and fundraising the Women’s Soccer program. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Assist with the development of the soccer complex and assist with other athletic events. • Establish and maintain a good relationship with high schools in the district. • Recruit quality athletes who are an asset to the institution, on the field, in the classroom and in the community. • Maintain ethical standards in the soccer program to promote a positive image of the College throughout the district, state and nation. • Ensure academic progress of athletes. • Strictly adhere to NAIA and Southern States Athletic Conference rules and regulations. • Ensure proper conduct by athletes on campus, on the soccer field and at Coll
