JOB PURPOSE The assistant coach will be responsible for supporting the head coach in managing all aspects of a competitive and successful NCAA Division II Men’s and Women’s Track and Field program with the primary responsibility being the planning and instruction of SPRINT/HURDLE/RELAY events. This position will also serve as the recruiting coordinator. The successful candidate must have a strong commitment to the academic success of the student-athletes in the program that leads to graduation through a positive collegiate experience.
