The Assistant M/W Track & Field Coach/Cross Country Coach reports to the Director of Track & Field. This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Track & Field in the successful management and administration of all phases of a Varsity Intercollegiate Track & Field & Cross Country Program, within the guidelines, rules and regulations of Eastern Illinois University, the Ohio Valley Conference and the NCAA.
