Summary Of Job Duties The Assistant Women’s Track & Field/Cross Country Coach will assist the Head Women’s Track and Field Coach with all aspects of the women’s track and field program to include: coaching during competitions and practices, recruitment of student-athletes, academics, NCAA compliance, strength and conditioning and administrative responsibilities with gear. Will coach in the following areas: Distances / XC (Mile, 1500m, 3K, 3K Steeple, 5K, 10K, ½ DMR) Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
