RESPONSIBILITIES: · Serves as the primary recruiter for the softball program, identifying and evaluating potential students with that interest and organizing their recruitment in conjunction with the Office of Admission. · Scouts and evaluates potential recruits. · Assists in all phases of coaching for designated sport’s team. · Works closely with Advancement and the Director of Athletics on team fundraising efforts. · Follows all institutional and NCAA regulations regarding recruiting and operations of designated sport in particular and athletics in general. · Helps promote visibility and awareness of the designated sport’s program. · Handles equipment and team related laundry needs for the program. · Assists with athletes’ study hall covera
