General Summary Recruit, counsel, and coach student participants in the University's Cheer Team. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the EMU Cheer Team and coach the students to compete at a high level. Recruit cheerleaders to help grow and improve the academic and competitive level of the EMU Cheer Team. Conduct tryouts 1-2 times per year. Hold a consistent practice schedule throughout the week.
