Assist in managing a competitive NCAA Division I intercollegiate men’s and women’s track and field/cross country program within the context of the educational mission of the University. Assist in the recruitment of student-athletes. Provide leadership for the program and utilize skills and knowledge to provide positive expertise in instruction and tactical aspects of track & field/cross country.
