K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for a COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR, which is a full-time, salaried, benefits-eligible position.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for assisting with the compliance office’s recruiting monitoring program, which includes monitoring all recruiting logs and official/unofficial visits; approving all business office expense reports from coaches and recruiting/scouting services; assigning and monitoring student-athlete information and compliance forms in JumpForward.
Update student-athlete files; manage student-athlete complimentary admission and coach pass list requests for all home and away events; assist with processing transfer requests; update the athletic compliance website and social media account; assist with NCAA/Big 12 waivers, NCAA interpretation research, and rules education meetings (including new employee orientation sessions); assist with team entertainment approvals, football game-day monitoring, and athletic book scholarships.
Manage the student-athlete dining hall (known as “performance table”) procedures including sign-ups, account billing for student-athletes, student-athlete ID card activations, occasional meals, recruiting meals, and staff sign-in lists. Primary liaison to Sodexo.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree at time of application
Six months to two years of experience working in NCAA Division I or II athletics compliance
Experience using LSDBi and other applicable NCAA programs and computer software
Working knowledge of NCAA Bylaws
Experience making independent, informed and decisive decisions in a demanding work environment
Preferred Requirements:
Master’s Degree
One to two years of full-time experience working in NCAA Division I athletics
Knowledge of Big 12 Conference rules
Experience using JumpForward and Teamworks software systems.
Other Requirements:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment
Must have excellent oral and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required
