Job Summary This position will assist the Head Coach in administering all phases of the softball program. Primary duties include recruiting, team travel and equipment, and practice and game coaching. Other duties include monitoring the academic progress of the softball student-athletes, helping in the development of team unity and individual character, and representing the department and institution to internal and external constituents. The position will fully comply with institutional, PBC, and NCAA rules and regulations.
