Under general supervision, assists with and gains NCAA Division I experience in an intercollegiate sports performance program developing and coordinating strength and conditioning programs. Trains student-athletes in physical strength and conditioning techniques, with primary focus on injury prevention and maximizing competitive performance. Communicates and works with sport coaches, sports medicine staff and others in the athletics department. Performs a variety of tasks as assigned by designated supervisor. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
