The Assistant Director for Compliance reports to the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and will work with various aspects of the compliance program. This position will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Compliance Office and will help ensure that the University's 15 varsity sports are in compliance with NCAA, A10 Conference, and institutional regulations. Primary Responsibilities/Requirements: - Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive rules education program for administrators, coaches, student-athletes, boosters, fans, prospective students, parents, and advisors (regular emails to staff, social media management, etc.) - Administration of student-athlete, coach, and staff compliance forms, and monitoring of student-athlete awards and extra benefits.
