Mary Baldwin University (MBU) seeks a head coach for its NCAA Division III Women’s Basketball program. The head coach reports directly to the Director of Athletics. This is a unique opportunity for an energetic, enthusiastic coach to re-build a program that qualified for conference playoffs four-straight years in the last decade. The coach will focus heavily in 2024-25 on recruiting new players for the 2025-26 season. The coach will also build relationships with the players and relevant supporters currently on campus, develop the schedule for the 2025-26 season, assist with department fundraising and alumni/ae relations efforts, etc. Located in Staunton, VA, Mary Baldwin University offers students bachelor’s, master level, and doctoral programs on our residential campuses and
