The Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach in administering all aspects of the varsity women’s lacrosse program. Teaching (80%) •Coaching student-athletes in practice and in competition--primarily teaching skills and strategies, providing guidance in physical and mental development, and conveying program values. •Provide academic and appropriate personal guidance. Recruiting (10%) •Scout, identify, and communicate with prospective student-athletes and their families. Administrative (10%) •General organization, practice planning, travel coordination, etc. OUTCOMES: •Sustained, effective recruitment of qualified student-athletes. •Provision of a healthy and aspiring team environment, conducive to positive athletic
