• Assist with recruiting efforts, including identifying potential student-athletes, communicating with recruits and their families, and scheduling campus visits. • Assist with game-day preparation, including developing scouting opponents and analyzing game film. • Assist with practice planning, including developing position groups, monitoring player progress, and implementing scouting plan strategies. • Assist with player development, including organizing individual workouts, tracking player progress, and creating performance reports. • Assist with fundraising efforts, including identifying and organizing fundraising events as well as creating fundraising materials. • Assist with community engagement, including organizing community service events, promoting the program within the community, and coordinating and organizing youth camps. • Assist with academic monitoring, including monitoring student-athletes' academic progress, ensuring compliance with NCAA academic eligibility requirements, and providing support and resources as needed.
Commitment: The Graduate Assistant position is a two-year commitment beginning in August of the 2024-25 academic year.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a related field.
Previous experience in coaching or playing basketball, collegiate level experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
