The Assistant Men's and Women's Swimming Coach will assist the head coach with all aspects of running a successful men's and women's swimming and diving program. Will serve as recruiting coordinator for the men's & women’s team. Responsibilities include sourcing, initial recruit contacts, planning & executing multiple recruiting events throughout the year. This position will monitor the academic progress of swimming student-athletes and includes scheduling and monitoring study hall hours and weekly academic meetings. This position will be responsible for a training group of 15-20 athletes, including their daily practice plan, injury management, interfacing with training room staff, and coaching at competitions.
