Responsible for recruiting and hiring on-call event staff. Coordinate the schedule, work assignments, and supervision of on-call event personnel. Directly supervise staff and resolve problems during events and coordinate and ensure all staffing/facilities needs are met for all events. Daily management and oversight of scheduling software for on-call event staff. Responsibility to serve as the visiting team liaison on football game days as well as overseeing all areas of the stadium and on-call event staff supervisors. Serve as the game administrator for Men’s Basketball. Assist in event management duties for all other sports.
