Primary Responsibilities

Educational and Experience Requirement           

Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or related field with one years coaching experience. Coaching experience in golf is desirable. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.

Other Specifications      

Must have thorough understanding of NCAA Division I sports rules, compliance regulations and conference recruiting rules and policies. Develops an appropriate rapport with community and university personnel. Knowledgeable of all NCAA and conference rules required. Adheres to NCAA and conference bylaws. Supports institutional compliance and academic programs.

Employment at will serving at the pleasure of the Golf Head Coach and the Athletic Director. Evaluation of performance is based broadly on employee’s contributions to the team’s performance.

This position may be designated as a Campus Security Authority (CSA).
