Position: Program Director and Head Water Polo Coach Position Summary: Reporting to the President and Executive Director, the Program Director and Head Water Polo Coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the RBAC’s year-round water polo program, including providing and coordinating high quality coaching of athletes ranging ability from beginner to elite levels. The Head Coach will work closely with the RBAC’s Executive staff members to coordinate team needs and strategically plan to maximize opportunities for the program and organization.
