Coord. of Admin. Services (Director of Compliance)
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Coordinator of Admin Services for the Athletics Compliance department. This position reports to the Deputy Athletic Director for Compliance.
Among the key duties of the position are the following: Assists with managing all aspects of compliance monitoring, including, but not limited to, student-athlete forms, recruiting activities, and playing and practice seasons. Assists coaches in regards to recruiting contact and evaluation logs, reactive call monitoring, and team activity logs. Manages transition to the new monitoring software “ARMS,” and implements new policies and procedures on the platform.
