General Description: The Director has the overall responsibility of the physical and fiscal management of Thompson-Boling Arena at Food City Center. This includes the day-to-day coordination of the facility. This position has primary oversight of all Concert / Special Events in the Arena while providing support / guidance for all Athletics Events. Individual will assist in aligning all external communication, customer service support, and brand guidelines as outlined in the Tennessee Athletics Strategic Plan and subsequently. Key components of the position will also include (but are not limited to): Fiscal Management (daily / event); Competence with necessary event & facility technological components; formulation and management of Special Events Premium Policy
