Duties: day-to-day coaching of student-athletes; individual skill instruction; recruiting athletic and academically sound, competitive student-athletes that can compete on the NCAA Division II level; establish a strong working relationship with the University and surrounding community; follow NCAA, Great American Conference and University rules and regulations; assist with pre-meet preparations to include travel arrangements and player accommodations and other duties assigned. Candidate will also assist in community and public relations, promotion of teams within the community, oversight of local practice facilities as well as serving as a positive role model for student-athletes.
