The Associate Athletics Director, Engagement and Belonging, will lead the Army West Point Athletic Association Inc. (“AWPAA”) efforts to cultivate diverse, inclusive, winning teams who compete for championships, lead with integrity, and honor the tradition of USMA as the world’s preeminent leader development institution. This position will have oversight of all aspects of diversity, equity, inclusion, access and belonging strategy, assessment, and education for cadet-athletes, coaches and professional staff within the athletics department. This position will work closely with the United States Military Academy (“USMA”) Chief Engagement and Retention Officer in advancing USMA efforts in these areas. This position will also serve as the AWPAA Athletics Diversity and Inclusion Designee (“ADID
