Thiel College seeks a Head Softball Coach. The Head Softball Coach is responsible for all aspects of the intercollegiate softball program while holistically developing student-athletes to be leaders Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Oversee the softball program and supervise the day-to-day operations. •Teach/instruct their student-athletes in their designated sport (primary duty of all coaches). •Monitor student-athlete's academic performance and social behavior. •Recruit, retain, and graduate quality student-athletes for Thiel College and the athletic program. •Develop and implement a strategic recruiting plan - Consistently meet or exceed recruiting goals - Maintain target roster sizes. •Maintain allotted budget. •Coordinate
