Work with Head Coach to develop effective drills and strategies for player improvement. Assist and/or monitor strength and conditioning programs as needed. Provide pitching development and instruction on an individual and team basis. Utilize pitching technology to develop individual pitchers' spin rate and movement. Throw live arm batting practice. Track and manage all collected data throughout the season. Maintain a comprehensive recruiting database system. Assist with the identification of potential student-athletes. Arrange and prepare on-campus visits.
