Job Description: The Assistant Director of Athletics is responsible for assisting the Director with organization and administration of the program of intercollegiate athletics. Responsibilities include providing the Director and staff with leadership for the long-range planning and direction of the athletic program. This position supports the Director of Athletics in all aspects of the department’s operations, including but not limited to athletic program management, compliance with regulations, promotion of student-athlete achievements, and enhancement of athletic facilities.
