Job Description Summary This position will serve as the Assistant Distance Coach and Director of Operations & will support the Head Distance Coach in all aspects of the distance running program, in both track and field and cross country. This individual will also handle various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the program. Job Description Essential Duties: Training and Coaching: Assist in developing and implementing progressive training programs for distance runners, tailored to individual needs and event specialties. Provide technical coaching and guidance during practice sessions, including weight room activities and competitions. Analyze athlete performances, identify areas for improvement, and adjust training plans accordingly.
