STA are hiring for a Boys Pre ECNL Phase Lead to support our efforts ahead of the 24/25 season. As one of the country’s prominent Boys programs, this role would involve head coaching our U11 and U12 boys teams ahead of their transition to the full ECNL platform. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a passion for supporting the development of high potential young people as they are skillfully prepared for the transition from small sided to full sided soccer and will work closely with our ECNL Director, ECNL Assistant Director and Technical Director in supporting the players on both an individual and collective level.  Interested candidates should send a cover letter and copy of their resume to Director of Coach Recruitment matty@stasoccer.org
