Hampden-Sydney College has an immediate opening for an Assistant Lacrosse Coach. Under the direction of the head lacrosse coach and director of athletics, recruit successful lacrosse student-athletes through the development of a variety of contacts; guide and support student-athletes in their academic, social, personal and athletic lives; coach student-athletes in their sport. Develop a sense of trust and commitment to a group, the leadership qualities of the individual and the commitment to positive and successful team and individual goals. The recruitment of qualified student-athletes to Hampden-Sydney and our lacrosse program will be a major aspect of the effectiveness of this position. Responsibilities will include prospecting and consistent communication with lacrosse prospe
