Oversees daily operations of the Women’s Cross Country team. Assists Head Track & Field Coach with practice and competition planning. Organizes, prepares, and conducts individual and team Women’s Cross Country practices, training, and competition. Implements and supervises strength and conditioning workouts, as necessary. Plans all aspects of the Women's Cross Country program including travel logistics, contest scheduling, budget management, recruitment, and prepares the team for competition through practice and conditioning sessions. Develops training sessions for Denison athletes and provides athletes with feedback and direction. Recruits and identifies academically qualified and highly skilled student-athletes. Mentors student-athletes. Creates and maintains a positive and inclusive te
