UMD Intercollegiate Athletics is searching for a Head Women’s Softball Coach. The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of instruction and the management of a comprehensive NCAA Division II Women’s Softball Program. Scope of Position This incumbent will develop and maintain a competitive Division II softball program in a manner compatible with the department and University philosophy, and in compliance with NCAA and NSIC rules and regulations. They will supervise and evaluate the assistant coaches and staff, plan and oversee team practices, game preparations and scouting of opponents.
