University of Connecticut Division of Athletics JOB SUMMARY The University of Connecticut Division of Athletics is accepting applications for a full-time position of Assistant Men’s Golf Coach. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •Assists the Head Men’s Golf Coach in all aspects of student-athlete support: developing training plans that account for the specific needs of student-athletes, including practice plans and simulator sessions; designing and running tryouts and qualifiers; meeting with and developing clear communication channels with student-athletes; supporting academic success; selecting and ordering team equipment and apparel; and maintaining records and statistics. •Assists in the scheduling of contests and practices in accordance with NCAA and Big East
