Reporting to the President, the Executive Director of Athletics is responsible for the overall preparation of student-athletes for academic, athletic, and personal development success. This role is responsible for adhering to all Department and University policies and procedures, as well as the rules, regulations, bylaws, and interpretations of the Appalachian Athletic Conference and the NAIA. The Executive Director provides leadership for a department of over 75 coaches and athletic staff who are deeply committed to the development of 500+ student-athletes across 22 varsity programs.
