Responsibilities: Proven personal and professional integrity and excellent coaching, recruiting and teaching skills necessary. Will be responsible for and administer all aspects of the Track and Field/Cross County program as directed by the head coach. The successful candidate is expected to create an atmosphere favorable to moral, athletic and academic development of student-athletes. Previous track and field coaching and/or competitive experience at the collegiate level preferred, along with competent computer skills. Applicants should be familiar with the MIAA/NCAA Division II. Additional duties assigned as needed by the Department of Athletics.
