This position reports to the Head Women’s Swimming & Diving Coach. Responsible to the head coach for providing coaching expertise, assisting with the operations, expertise and leadership of the intercollegiate athletics program; assisting in the effective management and administration of all aspects relating to a positive and beneficial intercollegiate experience for student-athletes, and other administrative duties.
Primary accountabilities:
1.Assist in teaching and coaching student-athletes. Assist in planning and implementing a training program designed for student-athletes to develop and acquire the tactical, technical and physical knowledge required to be a competitive Division I intercollegiate level student-athlete.
