Reporting to the Director of Athletics and Head Field Hockey Coach, this position is responsible for assisting in all facets of our field hockey program. In addition to field hockey skills and tactics teaching/coaching, duties include development of student-athletes and recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Assists the head coach in the college’s efforts to foster the athletic development of student-athletes within the field hockey program. Individual, small group and team skills training Individual, small group and team tactics teaching/coaching Assists the head coach in the college’s efforts to foster the academic success of student-athletes within the field hockey program. Meets with student-athletes individually to insure academic accountability
