Troy University is seeking applicants for the position of Graduate Assistant Coach - Cross Country/Track and Field. The ideal candidate will provide leadership for the program and assure the program complies with the overall objectives of the institution and the department. They will also ensure the program adheres to all applicable NCAA, conference and institutional rules and regulations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting with athlete skill development; monitoring student-athlete academic success and time management; assisting with practice set-up, break down and implementation; meet management; uniform collection, distribution and inventory; and student-athlete recruitment, as well as other related duties as assigned.
