Wayne State University, founded in 1868, is located in Detroit, Michigan. A NCAA Division II school, WSU competes in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. With an enrollment of over 24,000 students, Wayne State University Warriors field 17 teams: baseball, m/w basketball, m/w cross country, m/w fencing, football, m/w golf, softball, m/w swimming and diving, m/w tennis, women’s track & field, and women’s volleyball. AT will complete approximately 1720 hours of athletic training services at WSU, assigned to football and one additional sport (TBD). Additional hours outside of the school for Henry Ford Health may be assigned.
