The Director of Track & Field and Cross Country is responsible for all phases of both programs. This includes, but is not limited to, the planning, development, and implementation of activities in the following areas: planning and supervision of team practices and contests; scheduling meets and planning the spring trip; management of budget; control of equipment and supplies; and recruiting, retention, and advisement of student-athletes. The Director is accountable for modeling a professional demeanor as is inherent in higher education and athletics as well as for mentoring student-athletes.
