The associate coach position provides assistance to the head coach with activities including practice, meets, and recruitment. This position is integral to the development of the individual student-athlete both mentally and physically. This position provides teaching and mentoring to team members to drive them to perform at their highest. This position is also critical to creating a sense of camaraderie and a presence in the community utilizing the coaches and the student-athletes. Duties and responsibilities include: 1.
