Assist the head coach with all aspects of the Women’s Lacrosse program including but not limited to practice competition activities, player skill development, recruiting, directing and implementing plans for daily practices and competitions, organizing and administering clinics etc. and overall administrative tasks within the operation of the program. Must demonstrate integrity, leadership, a strong commitment and ability to motivate, teach, counsel and recruit academically qualified students.
