This position will be responsible for the direction and overall quality and comprehensive nature of the Compliance Program for W&M Athletics. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating, implementing, facilitating, overseeing and evaluating all facets of the Athletics Compliance Program, which includes but is not limited to: eligibility and financial aid certification on a semester basis; graduation data and academic progress performance reporting; and monitoring and educating student­ athletes, coaches and administrators.
