The Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Mott Community College will be responsible for assisting the head coach and coaching staff with the overall development and management of the men's basketball program. This position includes coaching, recruitment, student-athlete development, program administration and fiscal management responsibilities, as well as development and implementation of a strategic plan for the program. The official, competitive season is from October to mid-March; however, the Assistant, along with the Head Coach, is responsible for the program on a year-round basis.
