Administrative Specialist III
The Administrative Specialist III position will provide general administrative support for the Associate Athletic Director for Academics and Student-Athlete Development, the Director for Student-Athlete Development, and The Office of Student-Athlete Success. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering phone calls, scheduling and maintaining office calendars/making appointments, make agendas and recording meeting minutes, facilitating procurement of supplies, onboarding new hires and generate and managing reports.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
