The Athletic Department seeks to provide programs and leadership to enable Catholic University to be a model NCAA Division III institution in academic and athletic excellence. The head women’s volleyball coach leads and directs an intercollegiate NCAA Division III volleyball program and duties include but are not limited to: effective programmatic vision, planning and implementation; all coaching and instruction; sound business and financial management; recruitment, supervision of assistant coaches; individual and team leadership and achievement; successful recruitment of student-athletes and assistance with programs for their retention and graduation; fund and friend-raising; compliance with national, local, university, NCAA and conference laws, by-laws, regulations, standards and codes.
