Position Title: Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach Department/School: Executive Affairs Salary/Pay Rate: $58,458.00 Job Summary: The College is a member of the NCAA and supports 23 Division I athletic programs which compete in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach will design strength and conditioning programs for assigned varsity sports teams, monitor student-athlete performance, work with head coaches in setting performance goals, and provide nutritional information. In addition, the coach will monitor weight room fitness equipment and the hiring and managing of interns and other duties assigned by the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach.
