The University of South Dakota Assistant Director of Ticket Operations is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Coyote Ticket Office; renewing season tickets for football, men’s & women’s basketball, and volleyball, acquiring new season ticket holders, and developing group sales opportunities. Additionally, this position will assist with the hiring and training of game day support staff, scheduling Coyote Ticket Office personnel, and coordinating ticket operations for all home athletic events, including event reconciliation and reporting. The successful candidate will demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and be able to work nights and weekends, as needed. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s Degree and ticket office experience.
