In just twelve seasons, the program has risen to the top of the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) and been competitive on the national stage, with recent back-to-back NCAA Division III College World Series appearances in 2022 & 2023. Since 2013, the Vikings have won nine of the last eleven SAA Regular Season Championships and seven of the previous nine SAA Tournament Championships and have advanced to the NCAA Regional Championship seven of the nine seasons.
