Job Summary: The Assistant Men's Baseball Coach is responsible for all aspects related to assisting the head coach with conducting practices and games, working on individual player development, supervising pre-season and conditioning programs, assisting with recruiting and contacting prospective student-athletes and promoting and maintaining positive public relations. This person will also assist with maintenance the baseball grounds. This person is directly responsible for the total administration of their assigned building. This includes developing and implementing the IHCC residence hall programming model in their community.
